- A Walloping Good Time! (Martial Arts Classes)
- Take martial arts classes with some of the world’s best Western Martial Arts instructors. There are classes for everyone, from beginners to experienced students.
- Look Ma, no hands! …And no head, no legs, no arms…. (Demonstrations)
- Watch incredible demonstrations of skill and martial prowess, performed by some of the world’s leading Western Martial Artists. Demos will cover a wide range of systems and styles, from empty hand to knife fighting to whip to knife throwing to sword to spear and beyond.
- Cool! Famous people! (Panels and Autographs)
- Attend panels with well known authors, fight directors, actors, weapons makers, etc. Panels will cover a huge range of topics, from popular culture to historical information.
- Get autographs from your favorite stars and have your picture taken with them. Our convention is intimate, and there’s plenty of opportunity to rub elbows with the big-wigs!
- Spend some time at the cinema (Film Expo)
- Take in some culture at our film expo where we’ll show everything from Hollywood action films to independent dramas.
- Biff! Pow! Bam! (Martial Tournaments)
- Participate in one or more of our martial arts tournaments. If the middle of the melee isn’t for you, then come on by and enjoy the crashing of steel as a spectator. There will be something for everyone!
- Fake Biff! Pow! Bam! (Stage Combat Tournament)
- CombatCon is proud to introduce North America’s first Stage Combat Competition! Ever want to know who has the most creative choreography? Who has the sweetest moves? Who looks the best while fighting? Now’s your chance!
- May I have this dance? (The Time Traveler’s Ball)
- Lose yourself in the fun and dance the night away at our Time Traveler’s Ball. Costumes are encouraged, but certainly not required!
- Have you made your saving throw against boredom? (Gaming)
- Saddle up to one of our gaming tables for a RPG, board, card or strategy game.
- You look smashing, da’ling, simply smashing! (Costume Contest)
- Join in our costume contest and show off your finery. C’mon, take a turn on that catwalk — Rrrrowww!
- Ooooh…Shiny! (Armor and Swords)
- See real swords and armor — and whips and knives and spears and halberds and light sabers and oh, goodness, all the pretty things!
- Quite a bizarre bazaar…. (Vendor Hall)
- Our vendor and exhibitor hall will be packed with weapons, books, artwork, clothing, jewelry, and oh so much more. It’s a market like no other in the world!
